"Why does your address say "Watsonville" when you're not in the town of Watsonville?"
As you can see, on the map, we are not in the town of Watsonville, nor are we in Corralitos, Aptos or La Selva Beach.
You can see that La Selva, Aptos and Corralitos surround our location here on Calabasas Road.
Why is "Watsonville" a part of our address?
Because, where we are located, this area back in the "early" days was considered a part of Watsonville.   The post office in downtown Watsonville was the only one servicing this area and, in fact, they still do.  It is for this reason that we keep the address we have always had, naming Watsonville as our location.  We are mentioning the subject because it has caused some confusion.  Hopefully, this helps.
To summarize:
We are closer to La Selva Beach than the town of Watsonville.   And, we are only about 6 miles from highway One.   One thing is for sure, it's a lovely drive!

From SANTA CRUZ:
Get on the fun freeway called HIWAY ONE, drive South.  Take the FREEDOM BLVD. Exit, turn Left.      Enjoy the ride on Freedom Blvd. until you see, on your right, a row of greenhouses, which are actually the color, white.   Just past those greenhouses, get ready to turn RIGHT on WHITE ROAD.   In fact, if you pay attention, you will see a sign with "White Road" on it, less than a mile before White Road actually appears.  Also... there, on the corner of Freedom and White Rd., is a small store called "Cactus Deli"...
That's another clue... to turn at White Road!  Whew!   Now ... LISTEN ..Uh I mean... READ Carefully:
Drive SLOWLY up White Road, and about .6 of a mile, you will see the sign, CALABASAS ROAD.  If you are going too fast, you will miss the left turn you must take for Calabasas Road ...  So, drive slowly up White Road and about .6 of a mile, you will see a road you can turn LEFT on.  Turning right will cause you to smash into a hill.  Turn LEFT on CALABASAS RD.   (Thanks to Shaun, who caught my mistake on which way to turn from White to Calabasas.  I accidentally wrote for everyone to turn right and Shaun alerted me of the error)
Friends, turn LEFT on CALABASAS ROAD!
We are located at the second driveway on your RIGHT.  You cannot miss our big green sign with yellow letters.  It is hanging from a tree.  Take a hard right up the driveway;   More green signs will lead you to our gift store and apiary.   If you do not see any beehives around, it's because they are somewhere else.   Gee, who would have ever thought that even honeybees take vacation away from home?    We should be so lucky.

From MONTEREY:
Hello to our fellow citizens in Monterey county!   We know it's quite a drive from your area, but we guarantee you, it's well-worth your time and fuel!
Get on our fun HIGHWAY ONE; go NORTH.  Take the FREEDOM BLVD. exit and turn RIGHT.  You will drive on Freedom Blvd., about 6 miles.  See the directions above for our fellow friends in Santa Cruz.  Getting to our store/apiary is the same once you are on Freedom Blvd.
Of course, there are other ways to get to our location.  For those of you who know the area, we are certain that you will have no problem finding us via different routes.
The above directions are as "cut 'n dried" as we could get.
